scheduled to develop a billing strategy that allows you to
be in control of your finances. AMA practices Full Practice
Management which guarantees:
►Electronic/Paper
Claim Submissions
We process
claims electronically for all carriers that currently accept
electronic submission. Claims for providers who do not
accept electronic submission or require SOAP/Chart notes we
submit via paper. Follow up on unpaid claims is done.
►Insurance
collections, telephone or letter if necessary on all claims
that have gone unpaid beyond 30 days. If an unpaid or
underpaid claim requires an appeal, we will process all of
the required paperwork and follow up.
